Many pastors faithfully care for people facing grief, addiction, marriage crisis, anxiety, trauma, family breakdown, and spiritual discouragement — often with no clear pathway for what to do when a single meeting isn't enough.
RHM exists to help churches build a trusted, biblically faithful care pathway so people receive structured, Christ-centered support while staying connected to their local church.
Each $100 contribution partially subsidizes one counseling session (e.g., $150 → $50 for individual; $175 → $75 for marriage/family). Unused subsidies roll into the scholarship fund.

Does RHM replace the local church?
No. RHM exists to serve and strengthen the local church — never to compete with it or pull members away. All care is designed to reconnect people to meaningful church community.
How can a pastor refer someone to RHM?
Use our Refer a Church Member form or call us directly at (920) 246-5990. A staff member will follow up within 1–2 business days to assess fit and discuss the pathway.
What if a church member cannot afford counseling?
RHM offers sliding scale fees and a scholarship fund for those in financial need. Partner churches receive priority access to subsidized sessions for their congregants.
Can RHM train lay leaders or care teams?
Yes. RHM offers workshops for deacons, elders, small group leaders, and volunteer care teams on how to listen well, respond biblically, and when to refer.
What does a Church Care Pathway Consultation involve?
A dedicated meeting with RHM leadership to review your congregation's current care needs, identify gaps, and develop a clear referral and care protocol tailored to your church.
Can our church become a Care Pathway Partner?
Yes. Eligible churches may enter RHM's Care Pathway Partner program for sustained, discounted, and prioritized access to services. Contact us to discuss eligibility.
How does RHM handle confidentiality?
All counseling relationships are confidential, subject to mandatory reporting requirements. Pastoral referrals are handled discretely and pastoral staff is not given session content without client consent.
Is RHM only for Christians?
RHM welcomes anyone seeking care. Our counseling is explicitly rooted in Scripture and the Gospel of Jesus Christ, so clients should expect a faith-based approach.
