Anger Dynamics Group — Living Free Curriculum

A Christ-centered training group using the Living Free curriculum designed to help participants understand the roots of anger, develop healthy emotional responses, and experience lasting freedom through Scripture and practical application. The group will meet weekly and is open to adults seeking to grow in self-awareness, relational health, and emotional maturity.

Participant workbooks are available for $5 to cover printing and binding costs. All participants are expected to purchase a workbook prior to or at the first session.
