Serve With Restoring Hope
RHM exists to serve Christ and His Church by equipping believers, strengthening families, and extending wise, Scripture-anchored care to the community. This page outlines practical ways to serve with RHM in volunteer and limited contractor capacities. Every role is designed to protect those we serve, preserve gospel integrity, and maintain clear boundaries around scope of practice and supervision.
Ways to Serve
Our Posture in Service
We serve as students of Jesus Christ. He is the Teacher and Counselor; we are helpers who seek to embody Scripture rather than prove ourselves right. We value humility, careful listening, prayer, accountability, and supervision.
Volunteer Roles
Unpaid service supporting discipleship and outreach initiatives with training and oversight.
Coaching Roles
Non-licensed roles with explicit boundaries and written informed consent for client support.
Contract Teaching
1099 roles offered when there is an active instructional need and approved capacity.
