Case Management & Nonprofit Connections

Connecting You With Humble Help

People, Not Case Numbers

Navigating recovery, re-entry, or crisis shouldn’t mean getting lost in a maze of systems. Our case management team helps connect people with humble, trustworthy non-profits — organizations that lead with dignity, listen before they lecture, and respect each person’s story. We’re not here to manage your life. We’re here to walk alongside you, help you find the right doors, and stand with you as you walk through them.

How It Works

A Simple, Human Process

01

Reach Out

Connect with our case management team — by phone, email, or through a partner referral.

02

We Listen

We hear your story and your needs — without judgment, without red tape. You’re a person, not a case number.

03

We Connect

We connect you with humble, trustworthy non-profits and resources that fit your situation and honor your dignity.

04

We Walk With You

We follow up. Real relationship, not a one-time handoff — for as long as it’s helpful.

Our Posture

What Makes Our Case Management Different

Humble Partners

We work only with non-profits that lead with dignity and respect — never with shame or strings attached.

Relationship First

You get a person who knows your story, not a hotline or a referral code.

Connected Network

Housing, employment, recovery, food, clothing, counseling — connected through one trusted relationship.

Need Help Getting Connected?

Care That Is Measured — Because People Are What Matter

Restoring Hope Ministries tracks the well-being of every participant in our clinical and faith-based services using empirically validated screeners, clinical interviews, behavioral analysis, and self-report — so we can honestly see whether the people we serve are getting better. This rigor reflects the training of our founder, Dr. Gross, whose clinical psychology education and practical training at the Medical College of Wisconsin prepared him for this type of organization and care.
