For Pastors & Churches
Church Care Pathway Consultation
Biblical Counseling Support for Pastors, Churches, and Families in Crisis — we help churches create a clear, Christ-centered care pathway, so no one falls through the cracks and pastors don't carry every crisis alone.
The Problem Pastors Face
Pastors Are Carrying More Than One Person Can Bear
Many pastors faithfully care for people facing complex struggles — often with no clear pathway for what to do when a single meeting isn't enough. RHM exists to help churches build a trusted, biblically faithful care pathway so people receive structured, Christ-centered support while staying connected to their local church.

Why RHM
What Makes RHM Different
Relationally Applied Biblical Counseling (RABC)
Our approach complements the ministry of the local church by providing structured, relational biblical care — understanding the whole story of the person, engaging Scripture carefully, and helping individuals translate biblical understanding into lived spiritual and relational practices.
Biblically Anchored
Every service is rooted in the sufficiency of Scripture — not a secular model dressed in Christian language.
Church-Supporting
We partner with and strengthen the local church — we never compete with it or pull members away.
Supervised & Credentialed
Counselors operate under formal pastoral supervision by Dr. Jeffrey Gross, Th.D., Ph.D.
Clinically Informed
Where appropriate, RHM integrates clinical tools (AODA, neurofeedback, Brainspotting) with biblical care.
Affordable & Accessible
Sliding scale fees, scholarship funds, and partner-church subsidies make care accessible regardless of income.
Pastors
Who are personally carrying complex care situations that exceed normal pastoral availability.
Church Boards & Elders
Who want to build a sustainable, accountable care ministry for their congregation.
Care Ministry Leaders
Deacons, lay leaders, and ministry teams who want training, structure, and support for the care they’re already doing.

Care That Is Measured — Because People Are What Matter
Restoring Hope Ministries tracks the well-being of every participant in our clinical and faith-based services using empirically validated screeners, clinical interviews, behavioral analysis, and self-report — so we can honestly see whether the people we serve are getting better. This rigor reflects the training of our founder, Dr. Gross, whose clinical psychology education and practical training at the Medical College of Wisconsin prepared him for this type of organization and care.
