About This Group

Understand Anger, Find Lasting Change

Anger is one of the most misunderstood emotions. This group helps participants explore why they get angry, what it reveals about the heart, and how Scripture guides us toward healthy, God-honoring responses.

The Living Free curriculum is a proven, biblically-grounded program used in group settings to promote lasting change — not just behavior management.

What to Expect

  • Weekly group sessions led by RHM counseling staff
  • Structured curriculum with personal workbook
  • Small, confidential group setting (max 12)
  • Scripture-based reflection and application
  • Safe space for honest discussion and growth

$5 Workbook Fee

Each participant receives a printed and bound Living Free workbook for $5. This one-time fee covers printing and binding costs. The workbook is yours to keep. There is no other cost to participate.

Care That Is Measured — Because People Are What Matter

Restoring Hope Ministries tracks the well-being of every participant in our clinical and faith-based services using empirically validated screeners, clinical interviews, behavioral analysis, and self-report — so we can honestly see whether the people we serve are getting better. This rigor reflects the training of our founder, Dr. Gross, whose clinical psychology education and practical training at the Medical College of Wisconsin prepared him for this type of organization and care.
