About This Group
A Guided Christian Process Space
The Christ-Centered Process Group is a faith-based gathering for men and women who desire a deeper place of honesty, support, reflection, and growth in the presence of Christ. This is not a secular therapy group. It is a guided Christian process space facilitated by Dr. Jeffrey Gross through Restoring Hope Ministries, where participants are invited to slow down, be known, and prayerfully attend to what is unfolding in their hearts, relationships, and walk with the Lord.
The group is designed for those who long for a safe and grace-filled setting to speak truthfully about the burdens they carry, the questions they hold, and the places where God may be inviting healing, wisdom, and greater freedom. The focus is not on surface-level advice or quick fixes — but on meaningful reflection, compassionate presence, biblical truth, and Christ-centered relationship. Participants may explore themes such as grief, relational pain, identity, loneliness, spiritual growth, difficult emotions, and the challenge of remaining open before God in hard seasons.
Because this is a process-oriented group, the relationships and interactions within the group matter. What arises in the room may become part of the work itself — offering opportunities to practice courage, humility, grace, truth-telling, and Christlike care toward one another.

Care That Is Measured — Because People Are What Matter
Restoring Hope Ministries tracks the well-being of every participant in our clinical and faith-based services using empirically validated screeners, clinical interviews, behavioral analysis, and self-report — so we can honestly see whether the people we serve are getting better. This rigor reflects the training of our founder, Dr. Gross, whose clinical psychology education and practical training at the Medical College of Wisconsin prepared him for this type of organization and care.
