Restoring Hope Ministries welcomes inquiries from qualified biblical counselors who desire to provide Christ-centered care rooted in Scripture, biblical ethics, supervision, and compassionate ministry. Supervision and Oversight

RHM requires ongoing supervision because biblical counseling involves spiritual, ethical, relational, and documentation responsibilities. Supervision may include individual support, group supervision, case consultation, documentation review, or smaller check-ins for complex situations.

Compensation

Tiered Monthly Invoicing

RHM uses an internal contractor compensation structure that considers approved billable counseling work, active client load, supervision, ministry overhead, documentation expectations, and care complexity. Counselors invoice once per month.

Base Tier

$45 / session

First 5 sessions per week are billed at $45 each.

Premium Tier

$75 / session

Sessions 6–15 per week are billed at $75 each.

Elite Tier

$85 / session

Each session beyond 15 per week is billed at $85 each.

*Monthly invoices assume 4 paid weeks per month. Annual figures assume 12 invoiced months. Contractor compensation remains personal taxable contractor income and should be accounted for separately from any voluntary donation the contractor later makes to RHM. Specific compensation details are provided during the internal inquiry and onboarding process.

Contractor Status Review: Contractor opportunities are reviewed carefully. Approval depends on ministry fit, training completion, supervision participation, documentation readiness, state-specific review, and applicable legal or insurance considerations. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee approval, client assignment, or compensation.

Care That Is Measured — Because People Are What Matter

Restoring Hope Ministries tracks the well-being of every participant in our clinical and faith-based services using empirically validated screeners, clinical interviews, behavioral analysis, and self-report — so we can honestly see whether the people we serve are getting better. This rigor reflects the training of our founder, Dr. Gross, whose clinical psychology education and practical training at the Medical College of Wisconsin prepared him for this type of organization and care.
