What Does It Take to Start an RHM Hub?
An RHM Hub is a locally-planted center of biblical care — embedded in a church or community, trained and connected to the larger RHM network. Here's how the process works.
Why Plant Hubs?
There are more people in need of biblical care than any single ministry location can reach. RHM's vision is not to become an empire — it is to multiply. To see Christ-centered care communities planted in every church, every neighborhood, every city — each one connected to a network of training, supervision, and mutual support.
A Hub is not a franchise — it is an extension of a shared mission. Each Hub carries the RHM commitment to rigorous training, pastoral supervision, Scripture-centered care, and church integration. Each Hub is led by someone who has been formed for the work, not merely briefed on it.
Step 1: Discern the Calling
Planting an RHM Hub begins with prayer and discernment. Is God calling your church or community to become a center of biblical care? Do you have pastoral support, physical space, and at least one person willing to pursue the training required to lead? We help you ask the right questions before you take the first step.
Step 2: Formation and Training
Every Hub leader must complete a minimum level of formation — typically a certificate or diploma in biblical counseling through RHSBC. We do not plant Hubs without trained people. This is not gatekeeping; it is shepherding. People will come to the Hub in their most vulnerable moments, and they deserve care that is genuinely prepared.
Step 3: Site and Structure
Hubs can be embedded in a local church, housed in a community center, or operate as a standalone ministry location. We help Hub leaders navigate the structural, logistical, and pastoral questions: space, scheduling, referral relationships, supervision protocols, and community outreach.
Step 4: Launch with Support
RHM provides ongoing support to Hubs through supervision, training, coalition membership, shared resources, and peer consultation. You are not alone. Every Hub is connected to the larger RHM network and to the vision of building a region full of Christ-centered care communities.
